• Running a 5 axis CNC grinder that was not operating for 4 years.

• I was manufacturing tools and creating tool design for a very fast pace spring manufacturing company.

• Had to manufacture very precise miniature tools to go into a seal and create a groove in the I.D. of the ID

• Went ranging from .125 .3/16

• To make a tools and designing it just obtaining a part print is half the battle. I wanted to make the tool work properly and last. The smaller the tool the harder it was to make and of course lasts the production needed for the work order.

Holding tolerance up to .0002, set up machine and operate, and doing rappers on tooling for production machines. was checking parts after EDM process to verify dimensions given on blue print any modifications that need to be made will be done on a bobcad software.
