Splunk Inc, San Francisco, CA July 2011 - January 2024 Program Manager - Education Department, February 2022 - January 2024 Supported an 8+ person Security curriculum development team as Program Manager and managed a growing 30+ course portfolio from start through implementation and release.
• Managed the transition of the lab development technical team to a new deployment platform, resulting in updated content and an over 50% decrease in lab deployment wait-time.
• Led the Hands-on Lab component for .conf2023 in Las Vegas, NV managing development for all presentations, from kick-off through delivery, including live lab activities. Resulted in a record number of attendees (340+) and the highest-rated Education event in customer satisfaction.
