Continued as Admin Assistant, started dispatching trucks and managing drivers–January 9, 2013.

Gradually started picking up added responsibilities; (i.e.) inventory control, employee relations, purchasing, implemented and created all tracking and reporting of processing and production helping to focus time and money in the proper direction.

Handling of all OSHA paperwork and plant walk throughs as well as assuring the plant in compliance with OSHA standards at all times. Including working with Boise State University Health Safety Department to ensure OSHA compliance.
