Fixed the problems with the Product Configurator Module of the ERP. Fixing it reduced department expenses towards the budget goal and reduced mainframe downtime from 2% to less than 0.1%. Manage 2000 was the ERP system.

This Division of Mitsubishi manufactures automotive climate control systems for cars; for GM, Mitsubishi and other companies. I arrived the day before we opened to doors to the building. Operation grew from $40MM-150MM in annual revenues during my employment

Led the implementation of the MRP9000 ERP and EDI package for a new startup factory

Agreed to act as Materials Mgr for one year since IT was caught up on their projects.

Lead the GM Aztec project: Coordinated the design groups in Japan and Detroit, the customer in Detroit, the Sales Department in L.A., the Pre-production Group in Indiana and the Manufacturing Facility in Mexico. The GM liaison stated that “John single handedly put the project back on track.”

Project manager for the migration from MRP9000 system to J.D. Edwards ERP

Led the systems team for the opening of the plant in Mexico to manufacture the Aztec AC systems.
