Cover Letter

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Louis Turner Jr. and as a long-term admirer of the impressive work done by your company, I am applying for this position. As a graduate of Rust College with a B.A. in Mass Communications, I am very well-spoken, a natural leader, hard worker, dedicated, and I take the initiative to make situations better to help drive performance and with that comes consistency and integrity. I applied for this role because the company’s mission is my outlook on life, and that comes with the highest values of integrity so when I go home for the day, I know that I ended the workday successfully and helped every family in their time of need.

In my 10 plus years, experience in counseling, I was able to perform at a high level due to gaining an in-depth understanding of people and their everyday mental health. This experience allowed me the opportunity to become a more confident leader in a diverse working environment by working through challenges and the different personalities daily. In my experience with Fiocchi of America, I served as line lead, line tech, Shift Coordinator, Department lead, and was promoted to Shift Supervisor in less than a two- year tenure with the company. I am confident that my work ethic, high level of integrity, and willingness to go over and beyond my duties in this position will allow me the opportunity to grow within your company.

I believe that I could be an immediate helpful asset for your company. Accountability, Integrity, and loyalty are a few of my main qualities that I take pride in and if chosen for this position, I would show through my actions that I am the right person for this job, and for the purpose of longevity with your company.

I have attached my resume, which further gives details of my skills and education. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions and I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you further. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely,

Louis Turner Jr.
