To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Danette Emerson, a colleague of mine, who is applying for this job had the pleasure of working alongside her for a year in a half at the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office. Prior to that, I worked with Danette when she held the position of Senior Records Specialist at the Siloam Springs Police Department.
Danette was hired with the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office in June of 2020. Being hired during a global pandemic did not slow her down. She always came to work with a smile on her face and was very eager to learn everything about her new position as a legal assistant. Working within the juvenile court, comes many challenges along with fast approaching deadlines. Regardless of deadlines or other pressures, Danette always delivers. Her superior organizational skills make her the ultimate multi-tasker.
When Danette was a Senior Records Specialist with the Siloam Springs Police Department, she would provide all documents, video footage, recorded calls, and interviews to me for any case that occurred within the Siloam Springs jurisdiction. She always provided this information fast and efficiently.
I have had the opportunity to observe Danette’s professional skills as well as interpersonal style. She is consistently pleasant and takes on all assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. She is always willing to lend a helping hand where needed and strives to ensure her coworkers feel supported. She shows care and concern for others within the office on a regular basis. She constantly has a positive outlook and encouraging to all.
I would also like to add, Danette is a compassionate human being with praiseworthy perseverance and ambition. I believe that she is a deserving candidate for the XX position and would prove to be an indispensable asset to your organization. I strongly recommend Danette for the above-mentioned position. Sincerely,
Jodi Butler
