In 18 years of steady work, i have called out (3) times. i love being a teamplayer . i accept critisam very well. it was my job to collect from people who had outstanding bills. I first started with small accounts around fifty to onehundred dollars. I quickly excelled, and was moved to "oil" accounts fir the next year andva half. those acounts ranged from 5,000 dollars to 75,000 dollars. Most debit collects rely on poor taticks in order to collect. I have always found you catch more flies with honey. (Any one can end up in debit) I was then promoted to medical accounts were people such as Doctors and RN's would need help out if debit. I would always work with them on payment plans. They put me in quailty control..which ment i would over see my fellow employess. the department was later canceled

Every nine weeks i wpuld recalbrate the regesters. i would do inventory on ciggerts. lotory counts. control thift . make safe drops to the bank.anything that was asked of me.

Advanced cable ties co. was a manufraction plant with 13 machines . It was my jib to run tests on all products that were made . i would spend the majority of my shift working in a lab to conduct these inspections. i would test tensile test to see if the ties were stong enough for the type of tie they were. i would a type of micoscope to for pawl flash. many other dignostics. i would provide my finding to my forman. if he was unable to fix the product it was my responabilty to scrap the product . i took online classes to learn many computer skills such az mico word, excell and, acess to name a few.

i was responable for delagating to other staff on the most effect way to get pur fright on the shelfs. i also did cashiering when i had free time. customer service was very big with me. i recived an award for best customer service, and was asked to teach other employess. other then cleaning, and monthly inventory, at the end of my shift i would total the amount of EBT, Credit Cards and cash. i would then enter the daily sales in our company books. project weekly, and monthly sales. then call in the numbers to the district manger. i would also drop of our aafe counts to our bank.
