Regional Account Executive handling part of Massachusetts, Southern NH, and Parts of Vermont. Handled existing accounts and prospected for new business. Negotiated as well as preparing pricing agreements for all customers in my territory. The company

started laying off employees and closed several weeks later.

UPS Freight – Account Executive

Manage a large sales territory on the North Shore including about 37 zips codes

Handled our own pricing and helped our customers with claims and any major issues that may occur. We handled setting up truckloads for our customers as well as their LTL and expedited services if needed.

T Force Freight – Account Executive

UPS Freight sold their entire LTL Trucking Division to T Force Freight. We continued the process with our customers as though there had been no change. Same Territory and terminals and the same billing and pricing services as before the transition.

After 3 months of ownership T Force laid off 50 per cent of the sales force.
