Ensure that KYC of all customers have done properly & for new customer KYC

&CDD is being done properly. Ensure EDD have done properly where applicable. Ensure that name of customer & beneficial are checked in sanction list checking software properly before opening of account & while making any international transaction. Keep information of dormant accounts & take proper measures so that any withdrawal from these accounts shall not be allowed without compliance of BFIU instruction. Ensure regular transaction monitoring to take necessary measures & also to find out any unusual transaction. Review all High risk & low risk account as per BFIU instruction. Review all the transaction & activity report regarding AML/CFT. Review of CTR to find out STR/SAR. Ensure that all employees of the branch are well aware & capable to identify any unusual transaction or any attempt of unusual transaction. Complete self Assessment of the branch regularly & arrange quarterly meeting regularly. Accumulate the training records of all branch official & take initiatives including reporting to ML & TFPD,HRD. Ensure all the required information and document are submitted properly to ML/TFPD & freeze order or stop payment order are implement properly. . Ensure proper co-operation to audit team (either external or internal) during their visit. Whenever any documents or statements or files or registers are required by the audit team BOM has to inform the BM, who should arrange for the supply of the same. Take follow up of the customer complaints dropped in the customer complaint box of the branch premise. Keep focus on the update for the complaints forwarded to Service Quality Department.
