Thank you for reviewing my résumé. I have five-plus years of culinary experience, including extensive Culinary and Food Science training. I am dedicated to reinforcing and expanding my skill sets while sharing my knowledge with emerging culinary artisans. I’ve interned at a prominent catering company as a prep cook, I’ve worked as a banquet chef and line cook at a large volume hotel and convention center.

I currently work as a line cook fabricating food, grilling, and frying orders for a large corporation. I was previously Serv-safe certified and Basset certified as required by previous employers. My experiences as a United States Air Force, retired, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer have influenced my life and standards in all dimensions. I’ve pursued and completed Junior, Mid and Senior Military Management training. I have twenty years of leadership and management experience. I've led and supervised a twenty-two member medical unit with a $12.5M medical supply/$20M equipment budget.
