Tasks description

R&D

• Reflow inner layer: where we skivers the parts and remove glue fixtures, we also load RM0102-02(Heat shrink) over all mandrake and tack, we continue by loading RM0102-02(Heat shrink) over minor man deals and tack it and place part in the tray for braiding

• Build products by following all process in which certified ( in their most current revision) and completing other assigned task, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics

• Assemble jacket segment and terminal distal braid end. Verify trimming and position distal ring collar and small lumen under microscope . Tacking of RNF (RM0158) over groove fixtures, clean station and allow parts to cool in ambient air

• Responsible for quality and adhere to manufacturing process requirements, the TE connectivity quality policy and the strategic quality process (SQP).

• Maintain accurate records, including training files and shop floor paper work(SFP)

• Worked with glue minor lumen over lumen, where we load and unload proximal and distal end, mount part in the machine, lower the fixture in the machine until there is alignment as instructed. The machine performed auto glued, and inspection is done by operator under microscope, to make sure there is no gap on the part, if there is a gap the operator filled the gap manually with glue under microscope to meet inspection.
