Resume:

September *, ****

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing because of my interest in this position. I have completed a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and while doing cancer research in my undergraduate years, I have developed a strong passion for science and what discoveries can be found to improve and prolong the lives of others. This led me to conduct translational research post-graduation for pancreatic and breast cancer at the University of Michigan, for two years.

Prior to my experience in translational research, my experience as a phlebotomist has taught me to be an excellent communicator, think strategically when solving problems, and manage my time wisely when there are multiple tasks to be completed. Furthermore, I have gained excellent documentation skills and am comfortable with patient samples. I am a strong candidate for this position due to being highly organized and great at multitasking, as well as always interested in continuing seeking new skills and knowledge.

Thank you,

Danyah Alomari
