Identify and Lead CI projects for the ATL, AFP, Gerber, Hand-Layup, Autoclave, Machining and NDT centers to meet customer recovery plan. Setup recovery teams based on cross functional support and kaizen bursts from current state value stream map to drive rapid improvements.
