Quality Control: Bring in DQB cases coming in from the Social Security for correction, log in using excel, log in to our system, create a breif summary of the return, send the return to the analyst for correction, once corrected, assign to a hearing officer, once the hearing officer has checked, then log out of the system, send the corrected return back to the correct Social Security Office.

Hearings: Check in Pre-Hearing cases coming in from the Line Analyst, make sure the correct address/phone number is listed, check to make sure all Medical Records are present in the file, look to make sure the correct claimant is for the file, make sure no other records for any other person is in the file, then assign the case to a Hearing Officer, once the Hearing Officer has completed their review, close the Pre-Hearing,then bring it in as a Hearing case. Assign to a Hearing Office to complete the Hearing, when the hearing is complete, check the Personal Determination Letter for correctness, check the Hearing Decision for errors, close the hearing, sent letters to the claimant, and any Reps or listed in file, route the case back to the correct Social Security Office. These also logged onto an excel spread sheet. 10/1998-10/2004
