Reducing the number of Buffing Mops an operator uses per buffed Ford Sportsbar without affecting the quality of the parts,by placing a bin which assisted them in checking if the buffing mop is used up or not,this applied for both the hard and soft mops.(This project was saving around R200k to 350k per month) Optimising the scrap process
