The Chemical Technician is responsible for performing the following duties:
Point of contact for chemical suppliers.
Receive products in from vendors.
Work with critical process route of fluids and obtain samples.
Test samples and follow up with actions if needed.
Do PM’s and rebuild pumps for waste water.
Manage fluid and coolant levels on all equipment.
Operate and manage waste water treatment for plant.
Perform chemical management monthly reporting.
Liaises with other departments where necessary to maintain production.

Maintain facility areas and equipment to 5S standards.
Empty machining and casting bins in appropriate recycle roll offs.
Refractometer for test.
Manage a {700and 800 evaporator for waste water form plant over 1000/ 10000gallon a day to burn the waste.
Check propane tank filled them up.
Dump card board baler and Plastic baler.
Check air compressors in plant daily.
Check air dryer in plant daily.
Check air condition in plant if need.
Forklift license

Operate Automated CNC, Mori-Seiki, Tsugami, Haas and Cincom Citizen Machines. Operate numerical control machine to cut raw bar stock to specifications. Review setup sheets and specifications to determine the required setup measurements and procedures. Monitor machine to avoid malfunctions.
