● Deploy and manage KPI’s for Purchasing and Material Handling. KPI metrics- Beating material budgets by 5%, inventory turnover ratio of 7 and 90% on-time delivery of all SKU’s.

Nammo Composite Solutions specializes in the manufacture of composite structures for the aerospace and military industries.

● Manage Purchasing department which includes two buyers. Responsible for strategic sourcing and material planning for nine active programs, meeting material budgets on all programs and managing an annual average spend of $5.7 million.

● Manage seven-member Material Control team that is responsible for logistics planning, warehousing of materials (200+ active SKU’s) and issuing all materials to Production.
