Managed operations of the facility. Processed memberships and reviewed reports for possible new members. Contacting members to see how their experience was going at the gym. I oversaw product purchases for members, questions, gym tours and any issues that would come up. I handled member assessments as requested for workouts, nutrition and modifications of workouts. I created goal-oriented programs that were designed to motivate gym members. Processed InBody scans and did full assessments for members. (Moved to Tennessee.)

Directed and managed the business in four states. I was asked by the owner to help grow his company since he was unable to succeed previously and had shut it down. During my employment, I managed customer service escalations, payroll, (A/R, A/P, P&L and Balance Sheets). I also managed Human Resources (hiring/terminations, background checks, reviews and salary increases). I oversaw the management of orders, installations and chargebacks. I obtained/renewed licensing for business/installers/vehicles/insurances/supplies. I worked with contractors on commercial jobs in order to meet OSHA/safety requirements and regulations on jobsites. I was responsible for finding ways to save the company money and implementing the guidelines to do so. I wrote all policies and procedures for the company and implemented those policies with all department managers and their employees.
National Temp Services (Owner) 6/2008 – 12/2014
I owned and operated a temp agency in order to provide temporary manpower for commercial and industrial jobs. My main focus was to provide quality employees that were drug tested, background checked and passed OSHA safety requirements. I maintained all bookkeeping, policies/procedures and managed over 100 employees. (In 2014 I sold my business to a company out of Scottsdale, AZ.)
