Worked with home owners and architects directly to ensure the end product was going to meet the needs of the homeowner.

Reviewed blueprints, truss layouts, and engineering of my own work and that of other designers to ensure accuracy in design specifications prior to releasing to the shop to be fabricated.

I designed floor and roof trusses for large custom homes, multi family, and large commercial projects. I also designed wall panels for multi family and large commercial projects using MiTek design software.

I alone handled a very large account for a large convenience store chain with stores from Ohio to South Carolina. I was responsible for working with the companies design team to come up with the most cost efficient roof layout and design. I designed, checked, sent for approvals, sent for engineer seals, optimized for fabrication and sent to the shop for fabrication every roof all roof truss and wall panel packages for every new store. I arranged the pick up and delivery of each of these which had very strict deadlines. I also did the estimating for each of these as well as fielded any questions from the field during the build process. Over 100 new stores in 2022 alone.
