ACADEMIC PROJECTS

FABRICATION OF AIR DRIVEN ENGINE Nov2023-Mar2023

OBJECTIVE: In this we fabricated the air driven engine using some mechanical parts. An AIR DRIVEN ENGINE is an Eco-friendly engine which operates with compressed air. It uses the expansion of compressed air to drive the pistons of an engine. Since, there is no combustion, there will be no mixing of fuel with air takes place. We manually develop the machine and test the working procedure both using software and manually and it got 98.67% of success rate.

DESIGN AND ANALYSIS ON A HELICAL SPRING FOR TWO WHEELERS Mar2022-Oct2022

OBJECTIVE: In which we designed a helical spring using two different composite materials. And also did analysis of it by taking load values. We use Ansys software to find the load values and determine strength of the material and we also design the model using CATIA simulation software.

MECHANICAL ROAD AND FLOOR CLEARNER (eco-friendly) Sep2021-Dec2021

OBJECTIVE: Designing a low Cost cleaning machine. User-friendly road and floor cleaning equipment must be developed in order to conserve energy and protect the environment
