* I remote access and test startups on generators, transfer switches and POE systems that are in development and move them to ready status or troubleshoot if we cannot proceed.

* I use software programs Radix, Siterra and Salesforce for case and ticket creation and use Putty and GenLink for coding and remote startup of systems.

•I work with technicians and contractors to perform lighting inspections and test lighting system updates to confirm if they need to be escalated or can be closed.
