Ensures the accurate completion of the Requisition and Invoice/ Shipping Document (DD-1149) for all material that transfers custody between the government and contractor; upload these completed forms to Microsoft Teams folders

Maintains 100% accountability of all equipment and material through regular inventories, proper documentation, issuance/consumption and storage

Process all Contractor Acquired Property (CAP); validate the material received on the vendor packing list against what was ordered on the VNE “SIS Purchase and Shipping Requests MASTER TRACKER” Excel spreadsheet, and provide a validated copy of the packing list to VNE’s Procurement/ Management Analyst

Ensure all material is pulled from inventory required for kitting and made available in Platform Integration Kits (PIKs); create a CMPro Work Order to reduce the material count from inventory as items are consumed

Collaborate with material handlers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other warehouse/Logistics staff to ensure timely, efficient packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) of material
