Evaluation of currently adopted Quality Management procedure through brainstorming with concern division heads, resources personnel. Examination on the Management Information System (MIS) in accordance to type of works and sequence of works.
Outline deliver on Quality management procedure with guideline, tools and models on Institutional Strengthening, MIS and Total Quality Management with suitable options recommended in various activities to facilitate effective and sustainable implementation of project program by R&B Departments.
