●Transportation integration of the Atlantic Canada and previously western Canada.
●Helped transition two Corporate Express FC’s to Staples FC doing so under budget.
●Profit and Loss (P&L) for three FC’s including transportation.
●Responsible for controlling regional expenses and budget goals for both Fulfillment and delivery in the Maritime provinces. Responsible to analyze regional P&L for both Fulfillment and delivery.

Creative problem solving:
●Utilize resources to solve over capacity warehouse and create additional storage and pick locations.
●Often was required to help various FC’s in North America including transportation to help solve productivity, design, and people issues.
Coaching, mentoring:
●Responsible that all associates are trained on safe work practices and that these ensure a safe work environment. Responsible to ensure the FC’s meet ISO/ISO2000 and COR certification including internal safe practices.
●Direct supervision and evaluation of five managers. Responsible for the development of these managers and associates.
●Helped develop a team that was “Best in Quality” 6 years running.
●Been involved and supported various programs and projects such as developing SOP’s, Green Belt, Black belt, Six Sigma, Kaizens projects and processes. Was part of the development of a new WMS program that was created from scratch.
●Black belt sponsor and green belt certified. Helped develop company KPI’s.
