Migrated to SAP S/4 Hana Financials, from ECC6
Configuring and Implementing SAP SuccessFactors HXM globally from ECC6 and older heavily modified SuccessFactors.
Achievements -
Short term assignment for BAE on a Programme to merge onto a single SAP SuccessFactors HXM platform, globally. Integration to and from existing systems. 10 divisions/LE’s and over 55,000 employees. I was asked to step in to lead the Data streams globally. Responsible for Data migration, Data modelling/Discovery, Analytics, Integrations data, test data, Cleansing/archiving, Reporting, Security/Governance/scrambling of sensitive data, Payroll collaboration, Unit testing for one of the largest SAP globally programmes ever in terms of numbers of countries and employees. I had 6 teams/workstreams with 16 direct staff and 30 indirect staff.
I was also asked to manage major changes to the Legal Entities, divisions and associated cost centres as part of a move from various older financial systems to SAP S/4 Hana Financials

Role Overview:
Was due to implement a global 5-year WFM Programme to 36 countries starting with UK and ROI. Unfortunately, after 6 weeks the CEO stopped the program and planned to restart the RFP process due to major gaps in the original documents, as the budgets and functional details were too vague to continue without major reworks. It was subsequently cancelled in April.

Client Placement 2 - Acting Programme Manager – Part time Managed a Programme of approx. 5 projects in 2 countries, UK and Eire to convert Oracle Fusion and SAP S/4 Hana Financials to work in the same fashion for LSEG. This resulted in the entities having the same financial structure. We also used the Blackline application on both SAP and Oracle to standardise processes and procedure. Also, ran a project to migrate SAP SuccessFactors to S/4 Hana. 3 projects reporting to me and was the SPOC for all Programme-related discussions. Also had 13 staff allocated to my programme, including data migrators, developers, configurators, a BA, a solution design architect, and Bank Financial staff.

Client Placement 1 - Acting Programme Manager – Part time Managed a large Programme of approx. 28 projects in 4 countries, Romania, Poland, Spain and Portugal for store and order related systems for Kingfisher Group (B&Q, Screwfix, Brico Depot, Castorama). Many of these developments were using AI and ML (Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning) 5 project managers reporting to me and was the SPOC for all Programme-related discussions. Also had 25 staff allocated to my programme.
Managed forecasting for resources and budgets (and reduced spend by 30%), Steering committees, Senior Reporting, escalations, future projects planning (reduced investigation time by 75%), budget approvals, recruitment, timesheet approvals and appraisals (reduced staff turnover by 85%). Achievements:
Implemented a brand-new Distribution Centre in Poland in a record time of less than 3 months. An EPOS system for self-checkout – interfacing to the SAP S/4 Hana systems. Implemented intelligent web-based ordering system, that checks stock as you order suggested alternatives, with a discount, based on SAP S/4 Hana. Implemented a store and distribution picking systems SAP CRM with call centre facility and WFM modules. This helped reduce complaints by 60%. Implemented a time & attendance system with intelligent forecasting (for staffing) reducing the ‘lost’ hours by 50%, SAP PMR for promotions, A 3d modelling system for kitchen designs with an online appointment booking system, a small portfolio of projects using Microsoft D365 ERP for Iberia region. Implemented the various integrations for above, using IIB middleware to the existing SAP S/4 Hana configuration. I also acted as a Programme Manager at TCS and have a group of Projects Managers using me as their point of contact for help/advice. Consequently, Kingfisher took on 100 more TCS staff, as I offered offshore staff that could work on tasks within 5 working days.

Role Overview:
Delivered a range of projects & programmes using SAP, Oracle and Workday FM/Financials, SuccessFactors HCM and Payroll, SAP Time & Attendance, WFM Forecasting & Scheduling software solutions to clients within the Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Public Sector and Education arena, globally. Modules - Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding and LMS (Learning and Development). I delivered 5 projects whilst at Workforce. Our offering was based upon SAP S/4 Hana but could be interfaced with any major system. Products were developed using AI and ML (Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning) Managed a partnership with Accenture to deliver various larger projects. Advised Pre-Sales team for large projects/programme quotes.

Role Overview:
Worked for KGH Bank, providing Project Management services to the trust delivering the EPR (Electronic Patient Records) software to hospitals, clinics, records offices and surgeries in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire healthcare groups.
Achievements: Implementing modules within the Electronic Patients Records system (EPR) programme including – PDS for Pathology, Vitals for Paeds ED/Sepsis & Falls – thus reducing fatalities by 50%, Careflow connect for electronical referrals – reducing referral times by 75%, Clinical Noting - In-Patient Discharge Summary – ensuring correct handover to patient GP’s, EPMA - Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration – reducing waiting time by 50%, EDMS Project (MEDIViewer). Upgraded Hardware to host the above - 66 server upgrades, server software upgrades, external link upgrades (Internet connections) and implementing new, enhanced firewalls to tighten security. Implemented Covid registration and booking software for Covid vaccinations throughout Leicester and North Northamptonshire hospital trusts. I rolled this out to all clinics and hospitals in Leics and Northants and dramatically reduced booking time and drastically increased throughput of vaccinations. June 2016 – Date

Also worked as the SPOC for certain clients for new requests. As a multi-skilled Manager, I also managed Oracle, Workday FM and D365 ERP, HCM, WFM implementations. Based on my recommendations our teams’ increased efficiencies by 75%.

Pre-Sales, running workshops, project resourcing and finances, Change requests. During my time at NGA I was a buddy to 6 colleagues and the documentation I produced was used for all onboarding within the Implementation teams. This reduced the time taken (for a new starter) to be efficient from 2 months to 3 weeks. I delivered approximately 20 projects and Programmes during this role.
