Manage Purchasing Dept. including staff of 17 people. Purchase Food, Wares, Janitorial, and safety items for Deer Valley Resort. Negotiated Food contracts for Resort, and cut Food costs for top 12 items by minimum of 25% in Winter 2023 Season.

Owner, Go TeSLC – Park City, UT (June 2016 – June 2021)

Established an Executive White Car Service in Park City, which provides transfers to/from the SLC Airport. COVID-19 eroded much of this business, causing us to close the business.

Supply Chain Manager, BioFire Defense – Salt Lake City, UT (July 2014 - May 2016)

As Supply Chain Manager, oversaw and managed Purchasing Department and Warehouse (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control). Transferred materials from OEM project to core customer production line. Oversaw large expansion of company, from small business to large company. Developed and monitored department KPIs.

Demand Manager, Lumenis Inc. – Salt Lake City, UT (March 2010 – July 2014)

As Demand Manager, led forecasting of all Finished Goods through Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Meet with Regions frequently to determine sales forecast and then establish Master Schedule for the UT Operation to meet worldwide demand. Extensive use of SAP SD.

Materials Control Manager, Petersen Inc. – Ogden, UT (April 2007 – July 2009)

Managed Materials Department (Shipping/Receiving and Tool Crib) for successful Steel Fabricator. Ensured best Inventory Control practices were followed. Developed and maintained all Supply Chain efficiency metrics. Set and achieved material On-time delivery goals to support Manufacturing.

Inventory Control Coordinator, KraftMaid Cabinetry – West Jordan, UT (June 2006 – April 2007)

Managed Inventory Control Dept. for new Utah operation. Set up warehouses and implemented inventory control procedures for start-up operation. Maintained compliancy with Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Reported inventory accuracy metrics to corporate offices.
