Responsible for Manpower required for the operation schedule and emergency basis.

Follow the Annual PPM chart and also give recommendation to improve the ppm
Prepare daily and weekly activity and apply PTW
Make sure all Sub-contractor will follow the PPM Plan schedule with PTW
Maintain the document for Air quality test and water test
Make sure all instrument is available and updated calibration.
Record daily events concerning maintenance operation, Activity and Un-plan schedule request by client
Prepare equipment forms for daily monitoring -Water, Electricity, Temperature
Prepare equipment checklist reports for documentation
Supervise post construction, post occupancy for newly renovated office space and show room
Assist building contractor and provide information they needed

Prepare Technical report, RCA thru SIR – Site inspection report
Monitor all building contractor activities
Coordinate to Facilities Manager all equipment concern related to maintenance issue
