●Responsible for on-boarding new employees, in addition to pre-employment processes. Such as, drug testing, respirator fit testing, Ishihara color vision screening, physicals, vital signs, vaccination review, and electronic health record management in PureOHS and PeopleSoft.
●Implemented fit test training for entire staff of Littleton Adventist Hospital. Responsible for training fit test champions to follow OSHA guidelines and regulations for approved N95 respirators. Identify and troubleshoot problems with regards to properly fitting individuals to respirators that are approved by OSHA.
●Oversee and train nursing students for fit testing and flu clinics. Sign off on their clinical community hours.
●Provided excellent customer service across multiple departments within Advent Health as it correlates to the mission and value statements of our organization.
