I provided administrative and client support for their Lotus Notes/Domino and Black Berry/BES environment.

11/08 – 05/09 MDI Group

MDI Group contractor assigned to The Coca Cola Company

Working as a MDI contract employee for Coca Cola. My primary duties were level III support for Lotus Notes assisting with their massive worldwide upgrade from 6.5 to 8.0. This involved Client support and Administration. Server consolidation was a phase of the upgrade. I also provided support for Blackberry. Other duties included a daily “Turn-over” teleconference with the support team in Manila. I was part of the “on call” rotation approximately every 5 weekends.

06/08 – 08/08 TEK Systems

TEK Systems contractor assigned to Stiefel Laboratories, Inc

I worked as an IT Support Analyst providing desk side client support for Lotus Notes, Windows and various software including Symantec Antivirus. I also provided hardware support. I configured computers from images and also created images for new hardware. I also supplied network and IP phone support. I setup and readied teleconferencing equipment.

11/06 –02/08 Axiom Staffing Group Atlanta, GA

As many of these customers needed remote access I also installed and configured dial-up-networking to dial into RAS servers.
