Fikru took his first degree in Business Management from Addis Ababa University.
He worked in different manufacturing companies at top managerial positions with senior high level foreign professionals who came from different western countries.
He is good at outsourcing, supply chain management, international procurement and Logistics and project management.
In his leadership, he managed to transform an almost dying privatized manufacturing company to a profitable enterprise in a one year long project.
He travelled a lot to different parts of the world and visited several states in the US, repeatedly saw most European countries, many times in South Korea, India, China, Thailand and a number of countries in Latin America. Participating and attending several lectures and two way meetings on social and business related topics, he met peoples from different cultures and backgrounds and debated for answers for his life and business questions.
He has a plan to start a new television program aiming to make it an open public platform whereby basic management problems seen in running manufacturing, trading and service sectors of the economy will be questioned.
Books written by and discussion lectures given by Anthony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, the Mystic Sadhguru, Gragg Braden, Daniel Goleman and other science and religion writers are near to him. His readings and contemplations on human nature, the mind, science and religion, human sexuality and marriage related issues amazingly empowered him today to consults on marriage, love affairs and social facts, and rescued several relationships from falling apart.
