Assembled and managed a veteran team of industry experts for client and vendor portfolio oversight and surveillance. Model provided robust data analysis, controls infrastructure, tracking, audits, trend and scoring metrics of bank owned assets through collateral acquisition, protection, management, marketing to liquidation.
