July 2019 Vieques, Puerto Rico, Hurricane Maria
Due to the island’s hospital being condemned and corrupt officials preventing financial resources from getting to those in need, the most compromised individuals had not gotten the care they had needed post Hurricane Maria.
My church partnered with Fe Que Transforma, Pastor Silva.
Served on medical team by assessing patients’ immediate and/or critical needs, proactively solving problems, and in doing whatever was required.

A very small team of us went back to Vieques, Puerto Rico.
Conducted more medical assessments and worked on building positive relationships with the folks in Vieques
