Managed Wells Fargo HR Payroll Operations including Workday Implementation

Managed all size projects and programs from small to extra-large from inception through full implementation. Projects included development and implementation for HR Operations. Implemented a Document Imaging process (Content Manager), Assisted with the development / update of document compliance standards with the new Document Imaging process, full development and implementation of a monthly pay and commissions system for the Capital Markets and Securities / Advisors businesses. Implemented an overpayment / collections process, Annual Benefits Enrollment, Annual W2 processing and updating, Paid Time Off. Developed a Document Imaging of all HR Operations / Systems documents into Content Manager. Full migration of M&A information from acquired Lines of Businesses into PeopleSoft. Managed the HROnline development and loading for all employees to use.

Constantly managed changing priorities due to staffing or budgeting issues and working with Risk. I ensured all Project Teams and leadership were communicated and fully aware of changes and escalated issues.

Held weekly and monthly project status meetings with project teams, IT if necessary and executive managers.

All projects were completely documented and kept online in Notebook and Document Compliance and either Project Manager, Excel and or SharePpoint

Contracted with Bank of America in March ‘22 as a Project Delivery Lead for Merchant Services. Responsible for ensuring technology software upgrades or additions are released on time for planning, costing, developing, build test and implementation. Utilize JIRA to update project status.

Contracted at Wells Fargo as a Project Manager in Human Resources on E2E projects in an Agile and Waterfall environment. Managed HR and Technology teams on Overpayments and Leaves Billing project.

Worked at Lowes till March 2021 as an E2E Project Manager for the Corporate Human Resources PMO group. Documented Initiatives, Planning (Scoping, Charter and Kickoff session), Execution, Reporting and Closure. Held meetings with Risk, stakeholders and 3rd party vendors. Maintained project plan and enforced deadlines. Produced required status reports for all levels of management.
