Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and executions of monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance of the factory equipment including pumps, belt and screw conveyors, mills, fans, elevator, mixers, hoists e.t.c

Lead the warehouse department in maintenance of shipment trucks, forklift and scissors lift.

Use SAP PM to plan, manage and lead execution of maintenance plan weekly, monthly and yearly

Train and retrain operators on how to use SAP PM for notification and order managements, backlogs management e.t.c

Lead weekly maintenance planning meetings to implement health checks om Maintenance Planning and Scheduling work processes.

Work with the storeroom to define right spares and manage vendors to optimize inventory management.

Lead the Maintenance Cost Management work process with the view as to optimize maintenance cost.

Provide the needed technical support, including leveraging external support to resolve production issues.

Defines the right spares for our technology in the storeroom and ensure that excess and obsolete inventories are eliminated.

Provides change management inputs and ensure that initiative FADO and minor spares scrap are done for the lines.

Defines the TBM for all tasks in our technology by leveraging local experience and best practices of other sites.

Ensures that SIMPTWW and JSAs are developed for all TBM tasks on the lines and that these are used for maintenance.

Ensures that the right functional location structure is developed and maintained for the site.

Coaches operating teams on BCC 6W2H and other problem-solving tools

Leads the execution of PM steps on the line and ensure that IWS criteria are met.

Leads weekly PR hoshin for the technologies and review with the ODM.

Develops training materials and procedures for all Area and ensure that operating teams are trained and qualified.

Attends weekly Progressive Maintenance planning meetings.

Delivers at least one improvement project for the area owned per month as a result of rigorous hoshin analysis.

Lead EOs and Project Start Ups for the lines.

Role: MSG Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Leads and manage the running of both tower and admix operation for the team

Act as communication link between the operation and the line, departmental and module manager

Calculate, analyze and send shiftly report (including PR, rate, safety, quality, production, center-line, CIL e.t.c) to the plant management team

Confirm production for the shift on SAP

Co-ordinate and lead shift DDS meeting at the beginning of the shift

Plan daily production execution based on SAP production plan and co-ordinate resources to execute the production plan

Co-ordinate team members DDS systems to ensure right and timely execution

Plans team daily 24 action plan in the absence of plant technical planner.

Leads team shiftly end-of-the-shift critique and RCAs

Interact between the plant training system owner and team members to ensure timely completion of training

Allocate contract staff to respective floors based on availability

Communicate KPI index for contract staff with the management

Ensuring compliances across the plant including 5S, safety, quality, stewardship e.t.c

Leading self DDS systems assessment (Health check) for the team monthly to assess how well the systems are doing.

Consolidate production plan on SAP with material logistics and across-the-floors operations

Leading MCAs on breakdown and failures on any tower equipment and giving technical support to TSG (Technical Support Group) team on IFA (In-depth Failure Analysis) and Breakdown Elimination Program

Carrying out and implementing Quality Maintenance (QM) and Focus Improvement (FI) on tower equipment and process with view to reducing losses.

Ensure and see to safety, quality and Process Control Strategies (PCS) compliance on tower equipment

Responsibilities:

Oversee all manufacturing operation on the add-mix floor including minor solids addition, enzymes dumping, mixing operation and bulk solid supply to the crutcher
