I specialized in Civil and Commercial and many other forms of structural and Architectural Concrete. My commitment to safety, quality, work ethics, meeting and understanding Budgets, and building a Critical path work schedule has allowed me to play key roles in all jobs. My Leadership skills set high standards for the on-the-job performance by all whether as the Concrete Superintendent or General Superintendent or in commercial projects overseeing all trades and subs and Communicating Clearly with My many Foremen running all crews. Coordinate daily tasks with Foreman and Employees to cover Safety Requirements.
Enforce Rules and Regulations understood and being followed.
Prepping all phases from groundbreaking to completion of Projects, and anything between.
Budgets and mandate a schedule that ensures the Projects are complete with Quality.

Work with UPRR. In an emergency, bridge work around the Country at any time to make sure our Railroad’s Bridges are in good working condition, continue operating, and passing Federal Regulations
