Accurately performs visual inspection on all assemblies for workmanship, dimensional check, tolerances and usability

Reads and comprehends documentation relating to phases of production: customer supplies, parts lists, re-work instructions.

Records all inspection results onto an inspection report. Keeps accurate, and detailed records.

Understands all production processes which relate to inspection, can use good judgment and discretion in determining acceptable standards.

Reports any errors or major discrepancies to the Lead Supervisor immediately so immediate corrective action may be taken.

Communicates re-work instructions to production Lead Supervisor or Production engineer operators.

Manages pick ticket orders and oversees stock replenishment

Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements

Ensures that orders are accurate and packs warehouse orders when necessary

Stages items correctly for delivery

Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed

Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch
