DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deveplop Project Quality Plans, Project QA/QC procedure, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Form & Checklist for Inspection documentation.
2. Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
3. Promotes the awareness of quality and concepts, promoting the review and challenge of working practices and methods to enhance performance.
4. Ensure that project planned, vendor/subcontractor and internal quality audits are executed in accordance with the audit and review program.
5. Attend Project Kick Off Meeting (PKOM) as required to provide quality support and advice according to QA/QC deliverables.
6. Plan, conduct and monitor the project Inspection requirements and coordinate with project team for the quality issues that need to address.
7. Supervised a team of QA/QC personnel for project inspection and quality documentation requirements. 8. Conduct Internal Audits for both project, corporate, spearhead and drive the company Integrated Management System for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
9. Addresses quality issues and drives the team for cause analysis and development of corrective/preventive actions. 10. Coordinate and control the NDE by 3

Co-ordinate with construction team to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet client”s requirements as per contracts. 14. Conduct necessary training on IMS and project Quality requirements to all HQ and project staff for awareness. 15. Report to top Management and submit monthly qualitydepartment report for KPI, Non-comformance, Clients complaints, vendor Performance report and Quality Department Plan.
