As a result, poor performers either left or were terminated, new people brought in, and production improved.

• Responsible for creating SOP’s for all Bindery equipment.
• Implemented and provided training for all new adjustments to bindery equipment.
• Achievement: I created an inline preventive maintenance program which eliminated the need for costly shutdowns to perform the required maintenance, which was normally a 36-hour period.
