INGABIRE Jimmy Armel is a Senior Professional Civil Engineer with more than 5 years of working experience in the field of Civil Engineering with concentration in roadworks and other civil engineering infrastructures development projects.
He is a BSc degree holder in Civil Engineering from National University of Rwanda (2015) and is a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER) registered under registration Number No. A730/EC/IER/2017.
He has participated in different road improvement projects and contributed to their completion with success.
He is a qualified Engineer in roadworks and Construction Technology with ambitious knowledge and striving to growing entities requirements
