I was one of three employees to start this position, we were responsible for writing procedures and guidelines for the coaching, and scoring forms. Our job wasn't to discipline the reps but to encourage. We were the second contact to new hires while they were in training. We recorded 10 calls per rep each month to score and coach. Our job was to give our customer service reps all the tools they need to succeed in their job. This helped our Supervisors out and made the customers service reps a lot more comfortable having someone else to talk to.
