Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI)-Pasadena, CA 2023-Current

Director, Business Development

•We were introduced and developed a relationship with CSU San Bernardino-Sabrina Leman, Executive Director of Facilities Planning regarding the Interdisciplinary Science Building FY 25/26-FY27/28-$207,900,000 opportunity.

•Led teaming for UCLA Science Research Park. The project is a 700,000-square-foot building complex. AEI was selected with FLAD Architecture for design services.

•Developed relations and introduced AEI to UCI Health’s Planning, Design & Construction group. The organization has added four Tenet hospitals to its portfolio. Beds have increased to 1317 from 459. According to the IOR-Rick Wood, many new opportunities across each hospital.

•Introduced AEI and developed an approach to Providence Tarzana Health for $68M c.c. with a $1.75m fee to AEI through a relationship with AOR-Rick Wood. Additional project opportunities up and down the West Coast including WA, OR, and CA.

The Haskell Company - Irvine, CA 2021 – 2023

•The role called for Leadership, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales activities in the Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace/Aviation, Industrial Water, Water, and Maritime market sectors.

•Cultivated relations, and presold services to Ursa Major Technologies for a Greenfield-(Design/Construction cost of $250m), location is still to be determined.

•Built relations, and presold services to Hoffman Construction via Applied Materials for their Research Center, Semi-Conductor Manufacturing site. ($4B Construction Cost).

•Introduced Haskell to Virginia Spaceport which culminated in four projects totaling $86M.
