CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
I successfully run a kitchen feeding 930 children breakfast and 1000 lunches everyday. Five days a week. When I worked at the girls scout camp I was in charge of finding my own supplier and ordering all of my food for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Finding suppliers was a chalange. But I was able to set up twice a week delivery for a camp holding only 200 girls a week at the most. I had a local supplier that provided fresh produce daily, and a milk company that came daily. I also made up the menue's and saw them threw with a limited staff.
