Evaluate individual and overall team performance on a regular and ongoing basic, use collected data and information to make needed improvements, including adjustments as needed to their daily goals and objectives.

Participate in professional development training by Drexel University to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.

Worked closely with the program Director on ensuring program units and building needs are met to high standards.

Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Office Data, entry software, Microsoft PowerPoint, CPR, social-emotional problem solving scheduling and E-time entry.
