- Generate / reconcile Daily Sales Statistical Reports from MTD to YTD Numbers,
- Run and generate weekly sales and team managers' line rotations,
- Review, submit and maintain weekly timesheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data
into the workday, whereas verifying attendance, hours worked, overtime as well as making time
clock adjustments for mis punches accordingly for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with Finance for Daily numbers, reconciliations, sales commission, bonuses inquiries and
discrepancies.
- Submit and review Spiffs incentives spreadsheets for payroll processing.
-Generate and distribute sales executives’ weekly commissions, pay stubs, and live checks individually.
- Generate and Submit Monthly Sales Performance Evaluation Reports in Workday for HR approval, prepare
Sales schedules, and detailed sales individual reports and recognition letters for mailing.
- Prepare monthly roll-out PowerPoint t presentations and other special reports for Sales leaders.
-Submit Expense reports for direct supervisor through Concur.
-Point person for equipment maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, invoices, and
errands.
-Purchase, monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
-Partner with HR to maintain office policies, making sure Sales Executives, Team Leaders SOP, Compensation Plan, Attendance Policies are filed and signed on time accordingly.
-Partner with Broker for Real Estate Licensing certification, making sure licenses are on track thus sending email reminders for licenses renewal.
--Maintain and Ensure filing systems are current for record keeping.
- Assist new hires in setting up emails, CA Real state licensing certification requests, Workday
learning, and Workday app familiarization.
- Request necessary access and process new hires' credentials as needed.
-Coordinate with Managers and manage internal staff relations.
-Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment and repairs.
-Manage relationships with vendors, and service providers ensuring that all items, subscriptions and services are on time.
- Setting up events like Year End Celebrations and other company events.
-Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
