QA Manager for all Countrywide’s applications, including project management and overseeing the entire quality lifecycle. When the company merged with Bank of America, the team added support for Oracle Warehouse for financial data and Business Objects reporting and two new areas of testing; Outlook Soft (SQL based) and REO (Web front end and SQL backend). Managed a diverse team of in-house specialists in the U.S. and India and consultants from Oracle, Deloitte, and Business Objects.
•Manage a six-person offshore team and up to thirteen on site consultants.
