Project: Aparna Sarovar Zenith

Location: Lingampally, Hyderabad, India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execution of Structural and Finishing works.

• Checking the Pre and Post inspections of Activities.

• Conducting meeting with Client to Review the Quality Inspection Plan.

• Finalizations of mockup for each activity on site co-coordinating with master craftsman and client engineer.

• Preciously checking of conventional and mivan shuttering with right tools.

• Quality Evaluation of each activity of the project based on Project Quality Inspection Plan and documentation of the Quality Report.

• Conducting Standard tests on Construction Material in Site.

• Implementation of QA/QC procedures as per norms and standards.

• Preparation of Site observation reports as per the data captured in Q-Assure software.

• Meeting with the Client’s Site Management/In charge to discuss the site issues and to resolve the issue.

• Providing Technical Suggestions for the Construction methodologies.

• Preparing Quality Review Presentations.

• Issuing of NCR’s for the deviation of sequence and Quality standards.

• Carrying out all the works with safety standard.

• Preparing MIS report for the TOP Management on monthly basis which includes Quality recommendations and where management interventions are required.

• Tracking the Schedule, cost, conducting reconciliation for various activities/materials, cost variance reports and preparing a report based on the site data and submitting to the top management etc.
