2020 – 2023; Customer Service Lead at Travel Centers of America (TA)

I started out as a cashier but was promoter after a month to the Customer Service Lead position which was right below the assistant manager. I enjoyed helping all my customers and being able to solve and problems that arose. My duties were to manage other employees, stocking, ordering supplies for the co9olers, balance the money at the end of my shifts, making sure that the cashiers had the funds they needed and cashing checks for the drivers. I also dealt with Western Union transactions, ordering the change the store needed and made sure that the proper amount of funds was in the business safe.

2015 – 2022; Sales Associate for the Truckers Voice in Court (TVC)

I sold plans for the drivers to protect their livelihood while out on the road and was considered a Vendor inside the TA location where I later went full time working. I also trained new associates to do the same.

2012 – 2015; Manager for Joh-Nora Enterprise

Started out as a Sales representative but was promoted to Sales Lead from that to one of the Managers. We sold Kirby vacuum Cleaners and this was door to door sales.

Education

Completed (3) years of college, Majoring in Business Administration, but was unable to graduate as I had to go to work to support myself.
