Analytical testing of the finished products, physical inspections Raw material assurance, Nonconformance controls, Supplier audits. Shelf-life evaluation/ analysis of finished products, products registration and approvals, importing products registration and clearance. Day today sensory testing of Critical ingredients and Finished Products, Drafting SOPs for all the new products

Developing Haccp plans and review CCP’s, validated and verify the system. Conduct Internal Audit. Annual Review. Maintain the GMP at the operations.

Conduct annual Allergen validations, maintain cleaning schedules for the site, and keep close checks on the site facility for any damage or repairs. Site Pest Control Programme, management & implementation of the Environmental (Swabs) monitoring program

Maintain Customer Complaints register, investigate the complaints, Conduct root cause analysis, corrections, Corrective actions, & Preventive measures

Leading the Monthly site review, Capability, and capacity to take initiative & lead projects through to conclusion.

Able to manage a number of different projects and issues at the same time can balance customers legal information need with our product confidentiality, Able to priorities & manage time effectively, with high sense of urgency.

Ensures that manufactured goods are produced in compliance with company specification, policies, & meet the regulatory/customer requirements

Responsible for developing, updating, & implementation of quality assurance procedures in partnership with Production/ operation/departments. Work closely with production manager, marketing manager on creating specifications, packing material suitable for the products Liaises with all 3rd party external auditors & ensure that all operations departments are well prepared for external conformance audits. Perform customer audits, evaluation, and trend analysis.

Conduct monthly FS/HACCP meeting with all team members & highlight issues & recommend course of corrective action were needed to ensure all departments are compiling with Policy & procedures.

Responsible for managing of the pest control program (PCP) to ensure a pest free environment.

Supervise the inbound material, in process, & finished product specification compliance, & recommend & take action where necessary to ensure food safety

& product standards.

Responsible for Internal and External Communications, Product recalls, mock recalls, follow ups and closer of customer complaints. Inspect returned items & approve all corrective action reports. Supervise the QA team on their day-to-day tasks.

Organize product testing for Shelf-life evaluation, Nutritional analysis, Environmental testing with external Laboratories. Label approvals, product registration with Dubai Municipality & SFDA/KSA.

Supervise the Sanitation team & ensures that cleaning & sanitation are performed as per the standards & initiates immediate corrective action when needed. Responsible for ensuring those all on the line testing instruments are calibrated in liaison with maintenance department.

Develops & guide all team members to ensure proper implementation & adherence to Food Safety/HACCP guideline, GMP, UAE standards/GSO/GFSI standards & EHS or government/regulatory directives. Duties, Responsibilities &
