Monitor the delivery & logistic department to control the delivery and unloading cost by allocation the type of vehicle and unlading crane and also job selecting according to vehicle optimize the number of transportations

1. Make ITP according to client requirement and necessity 2. Ensure product quality according to AWS D1.1 and D 1.5 3. Maintain NDT testing, specially UT and VT
4. WPS, WPQR, WQT according to AWS D 1.1
5. Check the materials grade by testing the Yield & tensile strength 6. Ensure Surface roughness before painting and during short blasting 7. Monitoring the WFT during painting to optimize the over/less paint and also maintain DFT
8. Follow up the API 570 for the process piping and API650 for the tank fabrication
9. Familiar about AWS API 1107

Production
1. Make monthly production Schedule, Production plan 2. Monitor the production process line
3. Allocating the production consider to client requirement and machine capacity also follow the type of works
4. Control the production verse consumption
5. Monitor the production process to optimize rectification and also delay time
Maintenance
1. Monitor the preventive & corrective maintenance to optimize the breakdown of machine.
2. Modification of the Magnetic drill machine
3. Monitor the maintenance works of truck, hydra and fork lift 4. Maintenance of Engine, Generator, pump and propulsion. Water cooling system, hydraulic system at shipbuilding sector
5. Hull construction & hull repairing works at shipbuilding sector Project
1. Estimation, costing, budgeting, planning and implementation 2. Fabrication, erection of the fuel tank, fire water tank at power plant sector, Ashugonj and Khulna power plant.
3. Fabrication of the product hopper, aspiration ducting, HVAC duct 4. Fabrication and erection of the water system, hot water, cold water steam line in out system etc
5. Installation of the machineries and piping system at samudha chemical industries ltd,TK group power plant, shipbuilding sector. Fabrication erection and commissioning of the Acid plant at ASMA chemical plant. 6. Project planning & project implementation

10.In charge approximate 35 nos 1850 ton capacity cargo vessel,repair and modification of Fishing vessel, Freezing system. During that time fabrication and erection & welding works according to classification society of RINA, GL, BV, IR,AWS D.1. D. 1.5, API570, API650, API1107, B31.1
