As office manager, I oversee daily operations and handle trade show fulfillment for a Fortune 500 Company. For larger trade events, I managed the completion of all required documentation, customs forms, ordering of services and coordinated logistics for freight, install/dismantle, as well as storage upon return. Office duties of set-up, registration and attendee sales for each land based trade show, as well as coordination of sales, planning and facilitating programs on-board cruises. Responsible for set-up and maintaining hotel room blocks at all land based shows for major hotel chains, such as Marriott, Caesars Palace, Gaylord Palms and others.
For client cruises, I worked in conjunction with local tour operators around the world to plan and execute pre/post cruise tours to coincide with cruise itinerary. I worked closely with our clients, Forbes Magazine and Hillsdale College, to coordinate speakers, and on board seminars. In addition, I planned group cocktail parties and dining events aboard Crystal Cruises for our elite guests/speaker. Groups averaged 100-300 guests.
